DESCRIPTION
Between Nature and Cinema sitting at Knottnkino.
We are in the suggestive area of Merano, and the objective of this excursion is to visit the Knottnkino. Knott in South Tyrolean dialect means rocks, therefore translatable as Cinema on the rocks. This work is the result of the artist Franz Messner from Renon, who placed 30 solid chairs made of steel and chestnut wood on the rock dome of the Rotstein Knott. From this high point, you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the Adige Valley, Lana, the Merano area and the majestic surrounding mountain groups.
This large outdoor cinema offers hikers the opportunity to sit and contemplate the beauty of nature in its many facets, from the first light of dawn to the picturesque sunset. After delighting the spirit with this unique experience, we head towards Malga Leadner to enjoy a delicious snack, thus completing this memorable day in the splendid Merano area in a delicious way.
