DESCRIPTION
Spectacular circular excursion above Cortina d'Ampezzo.
Today we are talking to you about an unmissable itinerary for fans of high altitudes and Dolomite panoramas. Starting from Cortina d'Ampezzo, this excursion will take you to discover the uncontaminated beauty of the Dolomites, which will leave you speechless.
The route, approximately 12 kilometers long, will take you along a well-trodden and easily practicable path, where you can admire a 360-degree view of the entire valley. The difference in altitude, although not excessive, requires good physical preparation, but once you reach the top, you will be rewarded with a unique and unforgettable spectacle.
But it's not just the view that is extraordinary, along the way you can admire the typical flora and fauna of these mountains, including marmots, chamois and eagles. And there will also be numerous opportunities to take beautiful photos to share with your friends.

ITINERARY
From Passo Tre Croci (1809 m) take path no. 213 towards Rifugio Tondi and follow it up to Forcella Faloria (2308 m). Here you take path no. 223 arriving first at the top station of the Vitelli chairlift (2356 m) and then at the Rifugio Capanna Tondi (2343 m). Descend to the Rifugio Faloria (2123 m) and then along path no. 212, Dolomieu Panoramic Trail, you reach Località Rio Gere (1692 m). Return to the starting point by climbing path no. 209.
