Tibetan Bridge of Crero - Lake Garda

DESCRIPTION
The Tibetan Bridge of Crero is an attraction for everyone: young and old.
The work was inaugurated in the second half of 2019 and is located between the town of Pai di Sopra and Crero - we are in the Veronese municipality of Torri del Benaco. The bridge is made of steel, 34 meters long and about 40 meters high.
You can get there easily from Pai or Crero. However, we offer a slightly more interesting and longer excursion. A round trip starting from Pai di Sopra and allowing you to enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Garda from slightly higher positions.

ITINERARY
It starts from Pai di Sopra (123 m) following the signpost n. 38 and go up. At a crossroads, take the S13 passing the locality of Le Tese (527 m) and arriving at the village of San Zeno di Montagna (594 m). You pass near the Cà Sartori and descend towards the lake taking via Contrada Cà Schena - trail marker n. 39 direction Crero. Arrived at the eighteenth-century church of San Siro (210 m), follow path no. 41 Tibetan Bridge - Pai. You cross the Tibetan Bridge (210 m) and return to Pai di Sopra.

HOW TO ARRIVE
A22 Affi exit. Follow the SP9 with the indication Lago di Garda. Once in Varesche, take the SP8 towards Torri del Benaco. At Garda take the SR249 on the right and continue until Pai - Torri del Benaco. Here you go up to Pai di Sopra.
A22 exit Rovereto Sud. Follow the signs for Lake Garda and go through the Tierno Tunnel. Take the SS240 up to Torbole. Here you take the SS249 towards Malcesine. After Castelletto you get to Pai - Torri del Benaco. Here you go up to Pai di Sopra.
