DESCRIPTION
The itinerary will take us to the slopes of the King of the Dolomites: Monte Antelao.
Interesting ring trekking on Monte Antelao which touches three refuges, Scotter - San Marco - Galassi, and with a beautiful view of Monte Pelmo. The route does not present particular difficulties, but in the stretch from the Rifugio San Marco to the Forcella Piccola you must have a steady pace, as the path is a little exposed.
For those wishing to shorten the route: shuttles depart from the car park to the Rifugio Scoter Palatini.
ITINERARY
From the car park (1137 m), take the dirt road which, near the Rifugio Scotter Palatini (1580 m), joins the municipal road n. 228. Arriving at the refuge, continue on 228 and arrive at the Rifugio San Marco (1823 m). Now take the 227 and arrive at the Rifugio Galassi (2018 m) passing through the Forcella Piccola (2120 m).
