Via Ferrata dei Colodri

DESCRIPTION
Beautiful via ferrata above the town of Arco.
Non-demanding via ferrata, ideal as a first seasonal outing or to test those who want to approach this excursion mode. Even if it is an easy via ferrata, the use of via ferrata equipment is mandatory. On the way back, we recommend stopping at the Arco Castle for a moment of relaxation and refreshment in an unrivaled historical setting.

ITINERARY
It starts from Prabi (100 m) and takes path 431B. After about 20 minutes you arrive at the attack of the via ferrata. At the end of the via ferrata continue on the path and you will arrive at Croce Colodri (400 m). Here you go towards Laghel on path 431B and 431 (Sentiero dei Lecci). After passing the church of Santa Maria di Laghel (220 m), head towards the Catello di Arco (210 m). Now go down to Arco for the path among the olive trees. From Arco you return to the starting point along the paved road to the orographic right of the Sarca river.

Even if the itinerary is not exposed, it is not recommended for people who suffer from vertigo. If you do it in the summer, bring plenty of water.

From Arco follow first the via Paolina Caproni Maini and then the via dei Legionari Cecoslovacchi until you reach the Arco municipal swimming pool.
